I have always believed in the ideology of the adage the Power of Positive Thinking. This iconic book of the same name written by Norman Vincent Peale sits on a mantle with other cherished keepsakes, this book was the very first "self help" book I read for personal development, and it's lineage dates back to my grandmother Clare from the early 1950's, it is yellow stained with age, has two four leaf clovers taped inside, and many dog eared pages with notes in the margins. It is a classic, and many of the anecdotal stories & beliefs can be embraced by our new generation, they are seamless and still ring true today. In my own life experience, and my intensive personal spiritual journey, I have developed the ability to change my mind, change my beliefs, and in turn have lived & continue to live a more authentic life, anchored in love and abundance!

I have had the synchronicity to cross paths & step into the flow with many wonderful master teachers, some had left their teachings in books, some I have sat with, and I am part of a core group of licensed Spiritual Practitioners from the world renowned Agape International Spiritual Center, founded by the visionary for a new millennium, Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, who has been leading global leader, a featured teacher in the famed movie The Secret and most recently highlighted in Oprah Winfrey's soul series.
